It is a Public Sector Enterprise under the Department of Atomic Energy with a special standing at the forefront of Nuclear Power cycle. Fulfilling the requirement of uranium for the Pressurised Heavy Water Reactors, UCIL plays a very significant role in nuclear power generation of the country. UCIL is an ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 & IS 18001:2007 company and has adopted modern technologies for its mines and process plants.
The Company operates six underground mines (Bagjata, Jaduguda, Bhatin, Narwapahar, Turamdih and Mohuldih) and one open pit mine (Banduhurang) in the State of Jharkhand. Ore produced from these mines are processed in two process plants located at Jaduguda and Turamdih. UCIL is also operating one underground mine and process plant at Tummalapalle in Andhra Pradesh. The Company has taken up expansion of some of its operations in Jharkhand and started pre-project activities to set up new mines and plants in different parts of the country namely – Gogi in Karnatka, Lambapur in Telengana and KP M in Meghalaya.

Selection Procedure: Selection of the candidates will be on merit basis i.e. on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in I T I in respective trades.
TA/DA or Accommodation: No TA/DA or accommodation shall be given to the candidate called for verification of certificates or coming to the place of training.
Payment of Stipend to Apprentices: The minimum rate of stipend per month payable to apprentices shall be followed [Rule 11 of Apprenticeship Rules, 1992 is relevant].
UCIL Recruitment 2021 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates willing to apply for ITI Trade Apprentice should ensure that they fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria specified by UCIL in this advertisement:
Please note that the eligibility criteria specified herein are the basic criteria for applying for the post. Candidates must necessarily produce the relevant documents in original and a photocopy in support of their identity and eligibility -pertaining to category, nationality, age, educational qualifications etc.
- Nationality /Citizenship: – A candidate must be either – a Citizen of India or Nepal or Bhutan.
- Age Limit (As on 01/10/2021): – Minimum 18 years and Maximum 25 years as on 02/11/2021.
- Relaxation: – Relaxation in upper age limits as per Government guidelines by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC [NCL] candidates.
- Educational Qualifications: – Matric/Std. X pass and ITI Examination certificate in relevant Trade from NCVT [National Council for Vocational Training].

How to Apply Trade Apprentice Jobs 2021 ?
Candidate Registration:-Candidate must click on the Registration Tab for registering themselves for Apprenticeship Training. After registration a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the registered e-mail address of the candidate. The candidate has to click on the link provided in the e-mail for activation (example:- Registration Number-A000000000) and thereafter the candidate has to login and complete his profile for confirmation of registration. The applicant should apply in online mode through official website of apprenticeship portal https://apprenticeshipindia.org/.
Those applicants then have to submit the supporting documents related to the preferences, in hard copies, to the Manager (Personnel), UCIL, Tummalapalle, POMabbuchinthalapalle, Vemula Mandal, YSR (Kadapa) District, AP- 516 349 on or before the last date of submission of application in the format attached with this advertisement by post. No documents shall be accepted other than documents received through post.
