Summary – ARMY RECRUITING OFFICE, KOTA – This Army Recruiting Office was first raised at Bundi (Raj) in 1942 by Capt Lajpat Rai and later shifted to KOTA in 1949. It was upgraded to Branch Recruiting Office on 01 Jun 1969. Being an industrial belt the various district under ARO Kota show low response for recruitment. This ARO covers 19% RMP of the state population.

Kota Army Bharti – Education Qualification:
GD – Class 10th/ Matric with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. For Boards following grading sys minimum of D Grade (33-40) in individual subjects or grade which contains 33% and overall aggregate of C2 grade.
Technical – 10+2 / Intermediate exam pass in science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with min 50% marks in aggregate and min 40% mks in each subject.
NA/ VET – 10+2 / Intermediate exam pass in science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Botany, Zoology, and English with min with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% marks in each subject.
Clerk/ SKT – 10+2 / Intermediate exam pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 60% marks in aggregate and min 50% in each subject. Securing 50% in English and Maths / Accounts / Book Keeping in Class 12th is mandatory.
D Pharma/ Sepoy Pharma – 10+2 or equivalent exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English Qualified in D Pharma with min 55% marks in aggregate and registered with State Pharmaceutical Council/ Pharmacy Council of India. Individuals qualified in B Pharma with min 50% marks and registered with State Pharmaceutical Council/ Pharmacy council of India are also eligible.
Sol Tdn 10th Pass – Candidates should have passed 10th class. No stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored minimum 33% in each subject.
Sol Tdn 8th Pass – Class 8th simple pass (For System, House Keeper & Mess Keeper). (ii) No stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored minimum 33% in each subject.
Kota Army Bharti – Age Criteria:
Candidates Minimum Age limit – 17 1/2 Years, Maximum age 21 years for GD.
Candidates Minimum Age limit – 19 years & Maximum age 25 years for D Pharma.
Candidates Minimum Age – 17 1/2 years, Maximum age 23 years for all Other Posts.
Candidates should not have been born earlier than 01/10/1997, 99 and later than 01/04/2003.

Note:- (a) Provisions for Extra Time for 1.6 Km run in Hilly Terrain is as follows:-

(b) For following cats, candidates only need to qualify in PFT.

Kota Army Bharti – Medical Test Criteria:
(a) As per laid down medical standards at the Rally site.
(b) Unfit candidates will be referred to MH/ CH/ BH for specialist review. Candidates referred for specialist review should present themselves to the nominated MH/ CH/ BH within 14 days of the referral and report back to ARO/RO (HQ) for issue of Admit Card for CEE in case declared FIT.
Kota Army Bharti – Written Test:
(a) Will be conducted for medically fit candidates at nominated venue. Location, Date and time of written test will be intimated at rally site / through CEE Admit Cards.
(b) Admit card for the CEE for the Rally Fit candidates will be issued at Rally Site itself.
(c) Admit card for the CEE for the Review Fit cases will be issued after getting medically fit by concerned specialist / specialists at MH/ CH/ BH.
Kota Army Bharti – Required Documents:
Candidates are required to bring following documents / certificates in original with two attested photocopies with them to the rally site:-
- Admit Card – Printed with Laser Printer on good quality paper.
- Photograph – Twenty copies of unattested Passport size colour photographs.
- Education Certificate – 8th, 10th, & 12th from recognized School/ College/ Board/ University.
- Domicile Certificate – with photographs, issued by Tehsildar/ District Magistrate.
- Caste Certificate – affixed with photograph of the candidate, issued by the Tehsildar / District Magistrate.
- Religion Certificate – issued by the Tehsildar / SDM.
- School Character Certificate – issued by the School/ College Principal/ Headmaster where the candidate last studied.
- Character Certificate – by village Sarpanch/ Municipal Corporation within six months.
- Unmarried Certificate – Unmarried certificate for candidates less than 21 yrs of age with photographs issued by village Sarpanch/ Municipal Corporation within six months.
- Relationship Certificate – The certificate for required SOS / SOEX/ SOW/ SOWW candidates.
- NCC Certificate – NCC A/B/C pass certificates will only be accepted if authenticate by concerned NCC Group Commanders.

- Affidavit – Duly signed by candidate on Rs 10/- Non-Judicial Stamp paper as per specimen duly attested by notary will be submitted by candidate (format as per Appendix ‘C’).
- Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & AADHAR Card – are mandatory documents for final enrollment for purpose of Pay & Allowances and other social benefits scheme.
Tattoo:- Permanent body tattoos are only permitted on inner face of forearms i.e from inside of elbow to the wrist and on the reverse side of palm / back (dorsal) side of hand. Permanent body tattoos on any other part of the body are not acceptable and candidates are likely to be REJECTED for further selection.

ARO Kota Army Bharti – Special Instruction COVID-19:-
All candidates will produce a covid-19 free/asymptomatic certificate and no risk certificate as per Appendix ‘c’ and ‘d’ respectively. An asymptomatic certificate should have been issued within 72hrs prior to the rally reporting day. All candidates will be thermally screened at the rally site. Candidates having temperatures/ showing symptoms will be directed to report again on a designated day for such cases. If the candidate is again having symptoms, he will not be allowed to participate in the rally. All candidates will be carrying masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. |
